Seatrac is basically a chair n a mving ramp（轻便梯）that can smthly carry a disabled persn int the sea. Once in the sea, the persn can either remain in the chair, enjying the water r g fr a swim. The Seatrac system can als help anyne else wh has a hard time walking, including lder peple and pregnant wmen.
Seatrac was invented and develped in Greece. The idea fr it came when ne f the inventrs, Ignatis Ftiu, was talking with a friend wh used a wheelchair. The friend said he enjyed the sea, but didn't like having t be carried int the cean as if he were a sack（袋）f ptates.
