Alex, Phebe, and Patrick arrived in Cair, excited t explre Egypt. They fund a hidden temple and saw a strange shelf inside a cage. Curius, they pened the shelf, and suddenly, a mummy came t life!
"Run!" Alex shuted. They raced tward the pyramids, with the mummy chasing them. Just as they stpped t catch their breath hiding behind a large rck, a man in glden rbes (袍子) appeared—it was Pharah Khufu!
"The mummy needs t g back t its tmb," Khufu said. "Yu must use fire t lead it there."
The friends gathered sme trches and lit (light的过去式) them. They waved the flames t guide the mummy. "Over here!" Phebe called. The mummy fllwed the light int the pyramid.
Finally, they led it int its tmb and quickly clsed the gate.
