Why g back t the grey, the dirt, the nise?

Paraphrase: But this speech delivered t the peple wh had gathered t hear it changed the minds f peple acrss the cuntry and helped influence the cuntry’s future.
The president will deliver a speech abut the schl envirnment.

Paraphrase: Nw we are invlved in a great civil war, and this war will test whether ur natin r any ther natin that is funded upn the principles f liberty and equality can cntinue t exist fr lng.
句中cnceived 和dedicated 是形容词作定语,修饰natin, 相当于定语从句 which is s cnceived and s dedicated ... , 其中s cnceived, and s dedicated是回指第一段提到的cnceived in Liberty, and dedicated t the prpsitin that all men are created equal,意为“孕育于自由之中,献身于人人生而平等的理想”。
Scientists first cnceived the idea f the atmic bmb in the 1930s.

句中的 We are met 相当于 we have met,是一种比较古老、有诗意的用法。
第二个 that 为代词,that natin 指上文中提到的 a new natin。
例如:The cmpany dedicated 100,000 yuan fr the prject.
