there be与have/has的区别there be 和have都可译为汉语里的“有”，但有区别：1) there be 结构表示的是“某地有某物/人”, 强调“存在关系”; have表示“某人/ 物所有”, 强调“所属关系”。如: There is a bus in ur factry. (公共汽车不一定是属于我们工厂所有的) Our factry has a bus. (公共汽车是属于我们工厂所有的)2.当表示某物的构成和组成部分时, 用there be 和have均可。例如： Our schl has twenty classes. (= There are twenty classes in ur schl.)
4. there be句型一般现在时的特殊疑问句由“特殊疑问词＋is/are＋there＋地点状语”构成，有时地点状语可省略。答语不能用Yes或N，需根据情况直接回答。e.g. --Hw many classrm buildings are there in the schl？ --Tw.5. 注意: 在there be句型中，在有并列主语的情况下，往往根据第一个主语的单复数来确定系动词be的形式。例如:There is a teachers’ building in the schl.There are classrm buildings in the schl.
