    In 2011, Clemsn University, a public university in Suth Carlina, asked Neil Burtn, head f the Career Center, t develp a prgram that was nt nly a way f creating mre jbs, but als a way t prvide special psitins that wuld teach students valuable skills related t their interests r fields f study. It als wanted the students t wrk in prfessinal envirnments that wuld prvide useful experience in their jb searches after cllege.
    The prgram wrks like this: any prfessr r student in Clemsn University in need f prfessinal help can cme up with a plan. This culd be a bilgy prfessr lking fr a research assistant, r an administratr wh needs help raising dnatins fr the schl. It can als be any utside rganizatin that wrks with Clemsn University, such as a cmpany that is designing new buildings fr the campus.
    If the psitin meets the cnditins f the prgram, it will be listed n Clemsn University’s website. Students ask fr the jb and g thrugh an interview(面试).
