The grwth f mbile phne use has changed ur lives. I can dwnlad mvies, write articles, cmmunicate with my family and bradcast t the wrld all at the push f a buttn. Rather than place limits, we shuld take a lk at ur use f screens and ask hw they fit with the activities and lifestyle.
Every new technlgy with widespread influence has given rise t new fears. S, the best way may simply be t ask yurself what level f screen use makes yu and thse arund yu happy and try t stick t it. If yu find yu are unable t stp, dn't be anxius —— and certainly dn't feel guilty. Nbdy knws anything wrth getting scared abut.
