    A. Using thugh/althugh
    让步状语从句-什么是“让步”
    Althugh the sweater was tight,he wre it, 虽然毛衣很紧,他还是穿上了。
    逻辑给现实让步正常逻辑:毛衣紧就不穿了,可他还是出门了。 实际:虽然毛衣很紧,他还是穿上了。
    1.althugh/thugh“尽管, 虽然” , 常用于引导让步状语从句。(注:让步状语从句表示即使出现在从句中的情况,主句动作仍然会发生,有“退一步说……”的意思。)
    2.althugh和thugh在一般情况下可以互换使用。在口语中,thugh较常使用,althugh比thugh更正式一些。

    3. althugh/thugh 不能和but连用,但可和yet或still连用①Althugh/Thugh he wrked hard, he failed.= He wrked hard, but he failed.虽然他很努力工作,但是他失败了。
    ②Althugh/Thugh it was raining hard, yet they went n playing ftball. 虽然雨下得很大,但他们仍在踢足球。
    注:若主从句的主语相同, 且从句谓语含有动词be, 可将从句主语和be省略。

    B. Using “” & “”
    ① s ... that ... 如此 ... 以至于 ...
    s + adj./adv. + that + 句子
    ② He ran s quickly that he fell ver.
    ① She is s yung that she can't g t schl.
    在复合句中,充当结果状语的句子,表示结果。连接词:s…that; such…that 如比…以至于
    ② such ... that ... 如此 ... 以至于 ...
    such+ a/an+adj.+可数名词单数 adj.+可数名词复数/不可数名词
    ① She is such a cute girl that we all like her.
    ③ They are such interesting nvels that I want t read them again.
    ④ We had such terrible weather that we culdn’t cme n time.
    ② It was such an interesting film that I watched it twice.
    s + many/few+可数名词复数+ that + 句子s + much/little+不可数名词+ that + 句子
    ① He ate s many pears that he felt stmachache.② There are s few flwers that I dn't want t stay here.③ He ate s much fd that he didn’t feel well.④ He had s little edueatin that he was unfit fr this jb.
    注意:如果名词前由many, much, few, little 等词(即“多多少少”)所修饰的话,则不用such 而用s。
    当little表示“小”时,仍用such
    They were such little children that they culdn't finish all the wrk in a day.
    (v.) mistake ... fr ... 把...误以为 mistake - mistk - mistaken(n.) make a mistake / mistakes

    C. Using “s that”
    s that“以便, 为了, 使能够”1.引导目的状语从句, 用以说明主句动作发生的目的。2.从句中常有情态动词can, may, will, might, wuld, culd, shuld等, 而且主句和从句之间不使用逗号。3.s that+句子 = in rder that+句子=s as t d sth. = in rder t d sth.
    in rder that 和 s that 的区别1) s that 只能放在主句之后,2) in rder that 既能放在主句之前也能放在主句之后
    He gt up early s that he culd catch the early bus. = He gt up early in rder that he culd catch the early bus.= He gt up early s as t catch the early bus. = He gt up early in rder t catch the early bus. 为了能赶上早班车, 他早早就起床了。
