The baguette, a lng, thin French bread, is being added t UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH,非物质文化遗产) list. UNESCO experts gathering in Mrcc this week decided that the simple French bread — made nly f flur, water, salt, and yeast — was wrth U.N. recgnitin, after France’s culture ministry warned f a “cntinuus drp” in the number f traditinal bakeries (烘焙坊), with sme 400 clsing every year ver the past half century.
