    When Sam Fisher tk his tw yung sns and their cusin n a hike in the Badlands f Nrth Dakta, he was prbably expecting a day f sightseeing and light exercise.     Their find was cnsidered as an “incredible discvery” by the Denver Museum f Nature & Science. It is unusual t find cmplete Tyrannsaurus rex fssils, and even mre unusual t find the remains f a yung ne, s Dr. Lysn was excited when he realized what they had unearthed. The fssil, called “Teen Rex”, is between 12 and 14 years ld at the time f death.     Yaseen and his clleagues cmpared the DNA f abut 330,000 peple, using data frm the UK Bibank initiative The study included 5.324 vegetarians, wh had nt eaten any animal flesh r prducts btained frm animals fr at least ne year. They fund 34 genes that may play a rle in maintain a strict vegetarian diet. And they identified 3 genes that are mre tightly linked t it.
    “What we can say is that these genes have smething t d with vegetarianism (素食主义),” Yaseen says. “Perhaps vegetarians have different variants (变体) f these genes that make them able t pursue a strict vegetarian diet,” he explains. The study is published in PLOS ONE, a science jurnal.
    Of the three genes mst strngly assciated with vegetarianism, the authrs say tw f them have imprtant functins in fat metablism (新陈代谢).
