    舌头尽量降低并后缩,舌后部抬高。双唇收得小而圆,并稍向前突出。发音延续较长。
    舌身尽量降低并后缩,舌后部抬起,口型稍圆,开口比长元音/ɔ:/大但不向前突出。发音短促。
