Simple present & Present cntinuus
◆一般现在时表示经常性的行为动作、现在的状态或真理等，时间状语一般为every day / week / mnth / year等短语或always, ften, smetimes, usually等表频率的副词。 ◆现在进行时表示现在正在发生的动作或状态，时间状语一般为nw, at the mment, when / while引导的时间状语从句或有暗示词listen, lk等。
一般现在时与现在进行时的区别： 一般现在时强调动作的经常性和反复性，而现在进行时强调动作的暂时性。He studies in N. 2 Junir High Schl. He is studying English in the classrm. 表示感觉或状态的动词一般不用现在进行时，而用一般现在时表示现在的感觉或状态。This ring belngs t my mther.

◆一般过去时 表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态，时间状语一般为last week / mnth / year, three days ag, yesterday, the day befre yesterday等。◆过去进行时 表示过去某个时刻或某一阶段正在进行的动作，常用时间状语为then, at that time, at this time last night / year, when引导的时间状语从句等，且过去进行时还常出现在while引导的时间状语从句中。
一般过去时与过去进行时的区别： 过去进行时强调动作的进行过程，而一般过去时强调动作的完成。I was reading a French nvel last night.I read a French nvel last night. 过去进行时强调动作在过去某时间正在进行，而一般过去时则表示动作在过去某时间发生。My father was watching TV at seven yesterday.My father watched TV last night.
过去进行时强调动作的连续性，不可与确定的频度状语连用。一般过去时强调动作的反复性，可与确定的频度状语连用。The little girl was crying all afternn yesterday.The little girl cried five times yesterday.
注意：当叙述过去发生的事，尤其是过程中发生的一系列动作时都用一般过去时。如：The by pened the dr, entered the rm, tk ff his shes, sat n the sfa and started t watch TV.
