由学生学过的The fashin shw导入本单元的话题,向学生介绍Internatinal Rbt Shw。引导学生阅读回答问题并完成A1部分的空格,然后帮助学生初步熟悉听力内容,降低听力难度,培养学生根据阅读材料获取信息和处理信息的能力。以A1部分剩余空格引导学生进行听前预测,激发学生了解更多信息的兴趣,培养学生听前预测的能力。创设情境,引导学生结合实际自编对话,以促进学生互动学习,提高实际运用英语的能力。然后通过展示,让学生初步了解英式英语和美式英语的不同之处并改写句子。
教学目标
通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标:
1.知识目标
掌握词汇:custmer, hld, thrugh, put thrugh
2.能力目标
(1)从阅读和听力录音中获取信息,完成关于机器人展的笔记;
(2)补全一封电子邮件;
(3)谈论机器人能做的事情;
(4)了解英式英语和美式英语的区别。
3.情感目标
从正面正确看待智能机器人的问题。
重点难点
1. 重点:从阅读和听力录音中获取信息完成练习并讨论机器人出故障时的解决方案。
2. 难点:对不同种类的机器人发表自己的看法。

Step 1 Lead-in
A The rbt shw
Ask students t have a free talk.
Students have learnt a lt abut a fashin shw in Grade Seven. Ask students t talk abut its date, place, ticket price and s n. Then intrduce the rbt shw t them.
Step 2 Presentatin
1. Read and answer.
Ask students t read Daniel’s ntes, then answer sme questins t knw mre abut the rbt shw.
Ntes:
Questins: (1)When and where will the shw be held?
(2)What time des the shw begin and finish?
(3)What is the price f the ticket?
(4)What will yu get if yu g t the rbt shw n the first day?

There are sme differences between British English and American English.

总结:
在英式英语中, 描述一个刚刚完成、并对现在产生影响的动作,用现在完成时,常与yet、just、already等词连用,如果用一般过去时表达则会被视为错误。
而在美式英语中,既可以用现在完成时,也可以用一般过去时,并且一般过去时更为常用。
