It is ne's turn t d sth.意为“轮到某人做某事”,ne's可以换成形容词性物主代词。其中turn是名词,意为“轮班,轮流”,而it是形式主语,真正的主语是后面的动词不定式。It's my turn t clean the blackbard. 轮到我擦黑板了。
