Fr ver ten years I had been trying t lse the extra weight I was carrying. I tried several techniques, and even dangerus methds like simply nt eating, but I didn’t lse much weight.
13 mnths ag, I decided t turn t weight lifting. I had already been explring the gym cmmunity n TikTk. The first tw mnths was hrrible. At first, I was in pain every day. And I didn’t feel like there were any changes. At the same time, I was rebalancing my diet t include 50 percent vegetables, 30 percent prtein, and nly 20 percent carbs (碳水化合物), which was causing a few digestin (消化) prblems.
