1.教师准备教学过程中所需的挂图和课件。
2.教师准备与教材相配套的教学录音带。
教学步骤
教学内容
一、课前热身(Warm-up)
1.打招呼。
2.师生一起唱歌曲“Last weekend”,可采用对唱的形式。
3.师生就歌曲“Last weekend”进行对话,如:
T: What did yu d yesterday?
Ss:I went t the z.
T:What did yu see there?
Ss:I…
二、课前准备(Preview)
游戏:并肩作战闯难关。
教师准备10张动词短语卡片,卡片上为动词原形。然后请20位学生排成两列面对面站好,相对的两名学生成为共闯“难关”的伙伴。教师出示一张卡片,第一位学生读出上面的短语,他(她)的伙伴如果能很快说出其过去时形式,两人即闯关成功。教师继续出示卡片,游戏按次序进行。两轮后,教师可以出示写有动词过去式的卡片,继续该游戏。
三、新课呈现(Presentatin)

T: D yu knw husekeepers?What can they d?Wh can tell me?鼓励学生畅所欲言,帮助学生理解husekeeper。.
教师明确:A husekeeper is a persn whse jb is t ck, clean, and lk after a huse fr its wner.
T: As we knw,Wu Yifan and his family went t the cuntryside fr their hliday. Did they have a gd time?We have n idea. S, Let’s read the fllwing passage t knw if they enjyed their stay there.
首先,让学生自读课文,提取文章大意。
然后,教师提问:What kind f article is it?
引导学生回答:It’s a cmment letter.
T: Where did they stay?
S1:They stayed at the Hliday htel.
T: What did Wu Yifan think f the htel?
S2:Very bad.
T: Why?
S3:Because everything in the htel was very ld.They had t clean their rm and fix a brken chair by themselves.
T: Right.Anything else?
S4:The lamp was s small that Wu Yifan’s mther culdn’t read a bk,and the fd brught frm the kitchen were cld and tasted bad.
T: Yes, it was really bad.What else?
S5:Wu Yifan wanted t watch TV.but it didn’t wrk.And the peple in Rm 301 made lud nise.S that they didn’t sleep well.
T: Ww, it was really nt a gd time. Nw.listen t the tape t fllw the reading.
教师播放录音,学生模仿读,提醒学生注意发音和语调。
指名学生读,纠正不正确的发音。
四、巩固延伸(Cnslidatin&Extensin)
1.出示课本第11页的三幅图,请学生先用自己的话说说图片上的内容,然后再从信中找出描述这三幅图的句子。
给学生三分钟时间完成,教师巡视。
完成后,指名学生汇报答案,全班一起核对。

2.让学生从文中找出所有的动词,填在表格里,然后写出它们的原形。
之后,集体核对答案。

学生独立完成,然后同桌交换互评。
