Besides, Chris had been a little wrried if the weather wuld be t chilly fr his daughter. “N matter hw difficult it is, I want t get us bth a festive medal befre it gets t cld.” He added, “We have fur medals nw and we have run 51km in ttal.”
    In Octber Chris tk just under three hurs t cmplete the Manchester Half Marathn with his daughter n his back. The Dad said his little girl rested her hand n his shulder and kept it there fr the whle duratin f the run. He said, “Our bnd isn't smething yu can even put int wrds. My heart is full.”
    Chris, wh says exercise is an imprtant part f psitive mental health, believes there shuld be n reasn why peple can't exercise because they have kids.
    The pair als ran the Wilms lw 10k in July this year and Chester Z 10k in Octber. Chris said f his daughter, “She lves it, and they are like mini adventures.”
