    I. Teaching Objectives:
    By the end f the lessn, students will be able t:
    1. Language Knwledge:
    (1)Understand and use vcabulary related t fd and healthy eating.
    (2)Express preferences and describe healthy fd chices.
    (3)Use the structure "Hw " and "Let's..." t suggest and ffer
    healthy fd ptins.
    2. Skills Develpment:
    (1)Enhance speaking skills thrugh grup discussins and prject
    presentatin.
    (2)Develp writing skills by preparing a pster r a brchure n healthy
    eating.
    3. Cultural Awareness:
    (1)Learn abut different cultural appraches t healthy eating.
    (2)Understand the imprtance f balanced meals fr physical and mental
    well-being.
    4. Critical Thinking:
    (1)Analyze fd chices and the impact f diet n health.
    (2)Wrk in grups t create a healthy eating plan.

    II. Teaching Key Pints:
    1. Vcabulary: fd, health, balanced diet, vegetables, fruits, grains,
    prtein, dairy, water, exercise.
    2. Sentence structures: "Hw ", "Let's...".
    3. Making suggestins and talking abut healthy eating habits.
    III. Teaching Difficult Pints:
    (1)Hw t use "Hw " and "Let's..." in making suggestins.
    (2)Develping a well-runded argument fr chsing healthy fd.
    IV. Teaching Prcedure:
    Step1.Warm-up (5 minutes):
    1. Greet the students and intrduce the tpic f the day: Healthy Eating.
    2. Brainstrm: Ask the students, "What is healthy fd?" and write their
    answers n the bard.
    3. Quickly intrduce key vcabulary: vegetables, fruits, grains, prtein,
    dairy, etc.
    Step2. Vcabulary Intrductin (10 minutes)
    1. Activity: Picture Flashcards
    (1)Shw flashcards with pictures f varius fds (fruits, vegetables,
    grains, meats, and drinks).

    (2)Ask students t categrize them int healthy vs. unhealthy fds.
    (3)Write the categries n the bard as students cntribute.
    2. Discussin:
    (1)Intrduce the fd pyramid and explain the imprtance f balance.
    (2)Discuss hw t chse fds frm each grup in rder t have a
    balanced diet.
    Step 3. Sentence Structures Practice (10 minutes)
    1. Hw and Let's...
    (1)Intrduce the sentence structure: "Hw " t make suggestins
    (e.g., "Hw abut eating mre vegetables?").
    (2)Practice with the class, getting them t make suggestins t each ther
    abut fd chices.
    2. Grup Practice:
    (1)Divide the class int pairs r small grups.
    (2)Have each grup make at least five suggestins t imprve their eating
    habits using "Hw " and "Let's...".
    Step 3: Grup Prject: Plan a Healthy Meal (10 minutes)
    1. Task Intrductin:
    (1)Tell students that they will wrk in grups t plan a healthy meal fr a
    day.

    (2)Prvide a handut with a blank meal planner fr breakfast, lunch, and
    dinner.
    2. Grup Wrk:
    (1)Each grup discusses and plans a meal fr ne day, making sure t
    include a variety f fd frm different categries (vegetables, fruits,
    prteins, etc.).
    (2)Ask them t prepare a shrt explanatin f their meal chices and why
    they are healthy.
    3. Presentatin:
    (1)Each grup presents their healthy meal plan t the class, using the
    sentence structures they have learned ("Hw ", "Let's...").
    (2)Encurage students t give feedback n each ther’s plans.
    Step 4: Pster/ Brchure Creatin (10 minutes)
    1. Task Intrductin:
    (1)Intrduce the idea f creating a pster r brchure abut healthy eating.
    The pster shuld shw a balanced meal and highlight the imprtance f
    each fd grup.
    (2)Prvide materials like markers, clred pens, and large paper fr
    pster creatin.
    2. Grup Wrk:
    (1)Students wrk in their grups t create their psters r brchures.

    (2)They shuld use the vcabulary frm the lessn and sentence
    structures t explain why each fd is healthy.
    Step 5.Assignment:
    Frmative Assessment: Mnitr students’ participatin in discussins,
    grup wrk, and their ability t use vcabulary and sentence structures in
    cntext.
    Summative Assessment: Evaluate the students’ psters/brchures fr
    their understanding f a balanced diet and their ability t wrk as a team.
    VI.Reflectin:
    1. After the lessn, reflect n students’ engagement during the prject
    and their ability t use new language structures.
    2. Cnsider if the prject helped students understand the imprtance f
    balanced eating and if their grup wrk imprved cllabratin skills.
