1.English-speaking: “说英语的；英语为母语的；使用英语的”由English 和speaking两个词组成这是英语中一种常见的形容词构词形式，即：由名词和动词的-ing形式组合而成

特殊疑问词+ever：无论…… hwever, whenever, wherever是疑问副词，引导让步状语从句Hwever hard he tries, he can't succeed. Whenever I see him, he always smiles at me. Wherever yu g, dn't frget yur hmetwn.
whever, whmever, whatever作为疑问代词,还可以引导名词性从句
