STEP 1: GETA REAL DOCTOR
If yu want t try this therapy, yu’ll need a dctr. That part is real, nt virtual! During my sessins (治疗期), hwever, we spent a lt f time in the virtual wrld. And even then, the dctr was always in cntrl f the sftware.
STEP 2: PANIC (恐慌)
The first time I put n a VR headset, I was surprised by my bdy’s reactin(反应). When yu’re in a VR envirnment, yur mind can’t tell what’s real r nt real. Just in a few minutes, I was in great panic.
