Unit4 School 【教学目标】1.知识与能力(1)学习本单元词和词组:art, China, class, canteen, cool, head teacher, help, here, Japan, library, of, often, or, our, play, playground, computer, sport, stop, their, room, art room, music room. (2)训练学生用本课所学句型询问校园的场所并做出肯定或否定的回答。(3)让学生学会用英语简单介绍他人。2.过程与方法任务型教学方法,小组合作、自主学习方法。3.情感、态度与价值观通过本课的学习,让学生在活动中体验语言知识的活脱、自然;在展示中感受学习成功的乐趣。 【教学重点】1.理解句型:—Is there/Are there …? —Yes, there is./No, there isn't.2.熟练掌握“He/ She is from …”的用法。 【教学难点】1.熟练使用句型:—Is there/Are there …? —Yes, there is./No, there isn't.2.熟练掌握“He/ She is from …”的用法以及国家名词。 【教学准备】录音机、动物卡片8张、句型卡片2张、PPT、一首儿歌、新型贴花、四位农民的卡片及对应的卡纸、单词卡、教材相配套的教学录音带。 【教学过程】Step 1.Warm-up/ Revision1.教师播放学过的歌谣,让学生跟随声音说唱。2.回顾句型:“There is/There are …”自然过渡到学习学校各课室的名称。Step 2.Presentation1.教师指着教室引导学生说:This is our new classroom. We have classes in the classroom.2.接着教师带领学生学习:We have lunch in the library. We often read in the library.3.教师和学生进行free talk,话题是“This is … She/ He is from …”。鼓励学生用简单的句子对他人做出描述,即使只能说出只言片语。4.Do the test in 1a and 1b.5.Match to complete the sentences. Then listen and check in 2.6.Write about your school in 3.Step 3.Practice1.小组比赛。教师出示一张单词卡,如library,组内学生依次说出与该词有关的其它单词,如canteen, gym, classroom等,这样既复习了学过的单词,也为继续学习打下基础。2.听录音练习对话。播放文本录音,教师指导学生进行对话练习。然后分组进行练习,采用组与组竞赛的方式,激发学生学习新句型的兴趣。3.老师随机点名一位学生,大家对他进行描述。4.Ask and answer about your school in groups.5.Read the story, and then finish the text in 5a and 5b.6.Fill in the correct answer in 6.7.Ask students finish the rest in 7 in groups.Step 4.Add-activities1.做本单元配套练习,进一步巩固句型,2.和同学一起玩“面面、想想”的游戏。一名学生在纸上面一本书或一个碗,另一名学生说出library, canteen等相关生词。Step 5.SummaryReview what you have learned today. The teacher summarizes what you have learned today.【作业布置】1.抄写单词十遍。2.熟悉本课的知识。3.朗读课文。4.了解本课的情景语境,学会运用新句子造句。5.将新学习的语法或句型知识跟班级同学相互练习,加强巩固记忆。
