    教学目标


    1.1 知识目标


    1)能根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读和拼写下列词汇:


    begin, at schl, after, bed, basketball, swim, listen, music, library, week, nce, twice.


    2)在Sectin A和Sectin B的语法基础上,能熟练运用usually, ften, always等频度副词和两种交通方式的表达,能用一般现在时第三人称单数表达日常活动,能对频率进行提问与回答。


    3)在Sectin A已学的语音基础上,能结合图片和音标拼写单词,并能尝试结合语音发音规律拼读新单词,并了解句子的重音和升降调。


    4)能结合话题,运用“谈论日常生活、询问和回答某项活动的频度”等交际功能的用法,进行口头和笔头的信息输出,如:


    ① I usually get up at ... in the mrning.


    ② At ... ’clck I have breakfast ...

    Step 1: Warm-up


    Get students ready fr learning.

    Help the students t revise adverbs f frequency and tw ways f expressing means f transprtatin.

    In my survey, A usually gets up at abut 6 ’clck. He usually cmes t schl n ft, but smetimes by bus. He seldm watches TV n weekdays. But he ften plays sccer n Sundays. Smetimes he sees mvies with his parents n weekends.

    Step 2: Presentatin


    Individual wrk


    Ask the students sme questins t revise the expressins in Sectin B and present sme new wrds and phrases at the same time. Get the students ready fr the next activity. Lead t 1a.


    T: Answer the teacher’s questins. Learn sme new wrds while answering.

    Lead the students t learn t predict befre reading. Help the students understand the reading material. Tell the students t find the right answers in the passage. Make them check and help each ther in pair wrk.


    T: Lk at the pictures in 1a. Try t predict the time and activities in Jane’s day. Then read the passage carefully and cmplete the table in 1a. Check the answers with yur partner.


    Step 3: Cnslidatin


    Grup wrk


    Make the students learn t retell the passage with the help f the pictures and frms.


    T: Lk at the pictures in 1b. Write dwn the activities. Then wrk in grups f three. Try t retell the passage with the help f the pictures and the frm in 1a. Then sme grups retell the passage t the whle class.


    e.g.


    Jane usually gets up at 6:20 a.m. She has breakfast at 7:00. Then she ges t schl at 7:30 a.m. Classes begin at 8:00.


    Step 4: Practice

    Pair wrk


    Help the students t express crrectly.


    Ask and answer questins with the infrmatin in 2 after the example in pairs. Then sme pairs act ut the dialgues.


    e.g.


    A: What des Wen Wei usually d after schl?


    B: He usually ges swimming, but he desn’t g fishing.


    Grup wrk


    Help the students learn t ask and answer questins with “Hw ” and “nce, twice, three times a week”. Then make them practice these expressins in new cnversatins.


    T: I like watching TV. I watch TV n Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hw ften d I watch TV?


    S: Yu watch TV three times a week.


    T: Then wrk in pairs. Make up new cnversatins with the wrds and phrases in the bx after the example. Sme pairs act ut yur new cnversatins t the whle class.


    e.g.


    A: D yu ften listen t music?


    B: Yes, I d.


    A: Hw ften d yu listen t music?


    B: Three times a week.


    Individual wrk


    Make the students use the rules they have learned t read and spell the wrds by themselves.


    T: Lk at the pictures in 4a. Try t read the sunds. Then spell the wrds with the rules yu have learned in Sectin A. Check yur answers with yur partner.


    5)Grup wrk


    Organize a grup cmpetitin t help the students spell the wrds.


    The teacher shws the flashcards f these sunds. The students try t spell the wrds crrectly as quickly as yu can. The grup which can spell the mst crrect wrds in the shrtest time will be the winner in this grup cmpetitin.


    6)Individual wrk


    Play the tape recrder. Help the students learn t read crrectly. Crrect their sentence tne.


    T: Lk at the pictures in 4b. Guess what kind f wrds may appear. Then try t read the sentences in 4b by yurselves. After that, listen t the tape, check and repeat. Pay attentin t the rising tne and the falling tne. The whle class practice tgether.


    Step 5: Prductin


    Individual wrk


    Help the students t express their daily activities crrectly.


    T: Draw yur daily activities frm similar t 1a. Then talk with yur grup members abut yur day with the help f the frm. Sme students reprt yur passages t the class.


    e.g.


    I usually get up at 6:30 a.m. At 7:00, I have breakfast.


    ... is my partner. He/ She usually gets up at 6:20 in the mrning ...


    Step 6: Summary and Hmewrk


    Encurage Ss t summarize the key pints.


    T: Class will be ver sn, We shuld summarize the key pints nw. Let’s begin!

    Review the wrds and expressins in this sectin.


    Ask yur classmates sme questins and then fill in the fllwing frm.
