Phrases
lts f 许多，大量 = a lt f
be different frm 与……不同 反义词组：the same as： 与……一样
frm … t… 从……到…… a gd picture f me 我的一张照片
hpe t d sth 希望做某事 have t不得不(客观上，主观上用must)
Sentences
1) G’day mate!
“G’day mate” is a cmmn Australian greeting. “G’day” is shrt fr “Gd day” and “mate” is anther way f saying “friend.” Yu try it!
2）Often, the temperature reaches 40 degrees!
reach v. 到达，走到；够…，抓…；
n.手脚能够到的范围；范围，区域 搭配：in reach 够得着 ut f reach 够不着
reach get t arrive 区别：
reach，是及物动词，后面从来不跟介词,直接跟宾语(地点名词)就行了。
例句：When did yu reach the statin? 你是什么时间到达车站的?
He reached Nanjing at nn. 他是中午到达南京的.
arrive,不及物动词，后面要跟in或at.表示到达大城市或国家时要用in，而到达小城市、乡村、车站等小地方则用at
例句：We arrived in Lndn last week. 我们上周到达伦敦.
The dctr arrived at the village at last. 医生终于到达了那个村子.
get，与arrive一样，是不及物动词，所以常带着t。当"到达"的地点是副词时，不带t
例句：Ann gt t the farm at six 'clck. 安六点钟到达农场.
I gt here early in the mrning. 我一大早就到这儿了.
如果不指明到达的地点就不能用get，而要用arrive.
例句：When I arrived, they weren't there. 当我到达时，他们不在那儿.
3) I dn’t have t wear shes!
must 和 have t 区别：
must表示一种主观的需要，而have t表示一种客观的需要，意思是“不得不”。
例句：I have t attend an imprtant meeting this afternn.今天下午我不得不参加一个重要的会议。
Mther is ut, s I have t lk after the shp.妈妈不在家，因此我不得不照看商店。
have t的否定形式是dn’t have t,相当于needn’t。
例句：They dn’t have t buy a cmputer at present. 他们目前没有必要买电脑。
4) Surfing is very ppular here.
ppular 受人欢迎的
be ppular with 受……欢迎
例句：Lud music is mre ppular with yung peple than with ld.
