T begin with, I rdered a ntebk cmputer and a set f English nvels n yur website tw weeks ag, but I didn't receive them until yesterday. Besides, t my disappintment, the cmputer I received isn't the ne I rdered. If yu refer t my riginal rder, yu will find that I requested a Mdel 506 cmputer. Hwever, Mdel 480 reached me instead, causing me much incnvenience. T make matters wrse, the bks are far frm satisfying, as I fund sme pages missing. Therefre, I hpe yu can slve the matter fr me. I wnder if yu can take back thse yu sent ut and replace them with a Mdel 506 cmputer and a new set f bks?

In the first place, yur irrespnsible delivery man placed my parcel at the guard rm arbitrarily withut cntacting me, what if it is stlen? Even wrse than that, n sner had I picked it up than I fund a hle n the package, causing my pssessins inside t miss. Hwever, yur emplyee refused t make an aplgy t me and claimed that he was nt t blame. It is his annying attitude that leaves me determined t reflect the incident.
When it cmes t the slutin, I strngly demand that he shuld aplgize t me and cmpensate fr my lss. Besides, t avid such things arising again, yur emplyees are suppsed t be trained nce again.

I’m srry t write t cmplain abut the exercise bike that I purchased frm yur nline shp ten days ag. It shuld have reached me last Sunday, but it arrived tday. There was ne week’s delay in delivering the exercise bike.
After unpacking and trying it ut, I was surprised t find the bike didn’t cnsist with what yu advertised. First f all, it is much heavier than described, s it is nt cnvenient fr me t lift it upstairs. Even wrse than that, its brakes dn’t wrk nce in a while. Last but nt least, I find the bike is nt stable and is extremely badly made. Therefre, I’m wrried that it will break dwn when I am cycling at full speed.
