如:be faced with;take care f;make it;keep ne’s prmise;reflect n;fcus n;put neself in thers’ shes等固定短语。①Seeing the little girl grw int a sunny, pretty girl with duble lve frm bth parents, the man knew he made it t keep his prmise.中使用了现在分词seeing作状语;②The teacher was sure that the students were reflecting n their replies and that they had understd the mral f the stry.
    3.答案:
My face pressed against the windw and I fund it hard t breathe. The car pulled in frnt f the huse, and ut f it emerged my precius daughter, making her way up the steps. Tears stinging(使刺痛)my eyes,I threw pen the dr,pulled her inside and hugged her tightly. The dream was just t real and I culd hardly believe I was nw having my daughter in my hug. I wndered if it was because my pray was answered. Then thrugh my blurred visin(模糊的视野)I saw a lady stepping ut f the car.
“Mm, she gave me a ride hme."Becki said. “My car brke dwn n the highway and withut her help, I wuld never have made it hme in my high heels. " she cntinued, expsing her blistered(起泡的)ankles. My heart shuddered(一想起就怕/担心/难受) at the thught f hw painfully Becki staggered(踉跄) alng the dark highway. She must be an angel fr Becki! I apprached the lady and invited her inside. Nw,I was definitely grateful t her fr extending a helping hand.
