应用文评分标准
应用文总分是15分,按语言、内容和连贯3个方面给分。评分时,应注意信息内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的准确性、上下文连贯性及语言的得体性。拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面,评分时,应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
具体评分要求
1、内容要点:包括5点。延期原因、延期时间、延期地点、出席者、讲座要求;尽量用5句话表达,每个要点2分,合计10分。如果要点已经列出,但是表述错误扣1分。
2、5个要点前后衔接自然:比如延期原因与延期时间之间的因果关系使用了s,可得1分。
3、 语法:本通知的“延期时间”为一般将来时,其他内容为一般现在时,两种时态各1分,合计2分。
4、词汇:使用了高级的词汇,如pstpne,require,take ntes等,可得1分。
5、书写:整洁干净1分。如书写较差,以至影响交际,将分数降低一个档次。
