    教学设计
    一、教学目标
    1. 能掌握本单元的词汇:twice, nce r twice, suddenly, pink, pcket, field, think abut, deep, while, dry
    2. 重点句型:
    (1) She fund that she was falling dwn a very, very deep hle.
    (2) While she was falling, she was thinking abut her cat, Dinah.
    3. 能够读懂《爱丽丝漫游奇境记》部分经典的一段情节
    4. 能够续写爱丽丝找到钥匙之后的故事,培养学生的想象力。
    5. 能够与故事中的人物共情,在欣赏故事的同时培养移情能力
    二、教学重点及难点
    重点:能读懂包含过去进行时的童话故事,掌握故事的大致情节,主要人物和事件的先后顺序。
    难点:能够询问、介绍过去某个时间正在发生的事情和行为。
    三、教学准备
    1. 多媒体设备和课件;
    2. 设计课后巩固练习;
    3. 教学图片。
    四、教学过程
    Step 1 Warming-up
    Lk and say
    1. T shws sme scenes f the stry we have learned in Unit 1, then asks Ss t wrk in pairs t ask and answer as fllws:
    A: What was / were + 主语 + ding?
    B: 主语+ was / were +动词的现在分词 +其他.
    2. Encurage sme pairs t share their cnversatins.
    【设计意图】通过两人一组看故事场景,编写小对话,练习过去进行时的用法,并在班级中表演展示。
    Step 2 Pre-reading
    Let’s learn
    T shws sme pictures and the sentences describing the pictures. Then learn the new wrds r expressins in the sentences as a whle class.
    【设计意图】学习新单词,为学习本课时的内容做铺垫。
    Activity 1
    Ss lk at the picture in Activity 2 and say what yu think is strange.
    【设计意图】通过图片导入故事,激活学生头脑中故事的相关情节,还可以帮助学生熟悉与话题相关的词汇,为后面的阅读做准备。
    Step 3 While-reading

    Activity 2
    Wrk in grups and read the start f Alice’s Adventures in Wnderland and guess what happens next.
    【设计意图】活动2要求学生既要理解故事又要充分发挥想象力,锻炼学生的口语表达能力、句子组织能力,有一定的挑战性。
    Activity 3
    1. Ask Ss t read the events in Activity 3 individually.
    2. Let Ss read the article and number the events in rder they happened.
    3. Check the answers as a class.
    Careful reading
    1. Read Para. 1 and fill in the blanks.
    2. Read Para. 2 and decide True (T) r False (F).
    3. Read Para. 3 and answer the questins.
    Activity 4
    1. Lead Ss t read the wrds and expressin in the bx and check if they understand them.
    2. Ask Ss t wrk in pairs and ask and answer the questins.
    3. Elicit answers t the questins frm the whle class.
    【设计意图】通过设置一系列的活动,帮助学生更好地理解故事,提高学生的阅读理解能力。
    Step 4 Pst-reading
    Fill in the blanks and try t retell the passage.
    Language pints
    1. Once r twice she lked int her sister’s bk. 她偶尔看一眼姐姐的书。
    nce r twice的意思是“偶尔,一两次”。
    2. “And what is a bk fr,” thught Alice, “withut pictures r cnversatins?” “没有插图也没有对话的书有什么用?”爱丽丝想。
    What … fr? 表示“有什么用,为什么”。
    3. She heard the rabbit say, “Oh, dear! Oh, dear! I will be late!”…她听到兔子说到:“天哪!天哪!我要迟到了!”……
    hear sb. d sth. 意为“听见某人做了某事”或“听见某人经常做某事”。
    辨析:hear sb. d sth.与hear sb. ding sth.
    4. She fund that she was falling dwn a very, very deep hle.她发现她正在掉进一个非常非常深的洞里。
    deep在此处作形容词,意为“(从顶部往下)深的”。还可以用于引申义,如指声音“深沉”、颜色“深浓”、感情“深厚”、问题“深奥”、性质或程度“深 (入)”等。
    5. While she was falling, she was thinking abut her cat, Dinah.当她往下坠落时,她在想她的猫,戴娜。
    while在此处用作动词,意为“当……的时候”。
    think abut 意为“考虑” ,其后可跟名词、代词或v.-ing形式作宾语。一般指回想过去的事情或考虑某事、或某计划是否可行。
    6. Suddenly she landed n sme dry leaves…忽然她落在了一些干叶子上……
    land n 意为“落到……上”。
    【设计意图】学习本课时的语言点,帮助学生系统地掌握新知识。
    Activity 5
    1. Ask Ss t wrk in grups, read the questins and talk abut their pssible answers.
    2. Check the answers as a whle class.
    3. Learn the Learning t learn.
    Activity 6
    1. Ask Ss t wrk in grups and imagine what happened next after Alice fund a small key n the table.
    2. Each grup writes dwn their stry, using “after”, “next”, “then”, etc. t shw the sequence f the events.
    3. Each grup chses ne grup member t share their stry with the whle class. The grup which writes the best stry can get sme prizes.
    【设计意图】完成活动5的问句和答语匹配,然后根据活动5完成活动6续写故事的活动。通过这些活动,主要是培养学生思想观点的表达,而不只是简单的写作。
    3. Let Ss d sme exercises t cnslidate what they have learned.
    【设计意图】通过练习巩固本课所学知识,考查学生对知识的掌握程度。
