Step1 Free talk: Talk abut the festivals
1. Shw the students sme bjects and pictures, such as a mncake, a red packet…
T: What’s this?

S: At Mid-Autumn Festival.
T: When is Mid-Autumn Festival?
S: On August 15th (lunar). (find the date frm the calendar)

Step 2 Presentatin
1. Shw the pictures f Hallween, Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year’s Day, Christmas, Dragn Bat Festival and Thanksgiving Day, let the student tell the name f these festivals.
2. Divide students in grups f fur, discuss hw t celebrate them , at the same time, teach the new wrds.
