    There are fur majr prcedures t making the Yuxian paper-cut: First, sketch the pattern n the draft paper; secnd, fasten the draft t the paper t be cut; third, use a knife t carve ut the pattern; and furth, dye (染色) the paper-cut with varius clrs.
    Precise cutting skills are needed t make a piece f the Yuxian paper-cut, which highlights the craft maker's artistic taste and dyeing skills. Sailing against the wind, he argues, may have been the key t their success.
