    Warming-up:
    1) Write frm the memry.
    2) Read the cmics n page 15 and let students knw that we’ll talk abut the biggest and ldest living things n earth ----trees.
    Pre-task preparatins:
    Let students talk freely t see hw much they knw abut trees and make a guess t see whse number is clse t the answer.
    Answer the questins in “ What d yu knw abut …?”
    While-task prcedures:
    Get students t lk at the title, the subtitle, and the pictures t tell wh are pllutin fighters.
    Let students read thrugh the whle passage. Lk at the statements n the screen and let them t find ut the facts in the passage t cmplete the sentences.
    Pst-task activity:
    Accrding t what they’ve knwn, let them fill in the blanks t finish the sentences. Help students t summarize the general ideas f the passage.
    Assignments:
    Oral wrk: read the interview n page 17.
    Written wrk: preview the passage with the help f dictinary.
