Snw White ges int a frest. She finds a huse, and ges int the huse. Seven dwarfs live there. They like Snw White, and ask Snw White t live with them.
N sner, the new Queen dies. Because she isn't the mst beautiful wman in the wrld.
白雪公主

2.The Wlf Is Cming
There is a naughty by in a village. He likes telling lies. One day, he wants t make fun f the farmers. S he shuts, “Wlf! Wlf! The wlf is cming!”The kind farmers are wrking in the fields. They hear the shut, and hurry t help the by. But when they get there, the by says, “There isn't a wlf. I'm jking.” The farmers are angry and g back t their fields. After a while, the by shuts again,“Wlf! Wlf! The wlf is cming!” And the farmers cme and are cheated again. The by laughs and laughs. They say, “Yu tell lies. We will nt believe yu.”
Later a wlf really cmes. The by is very scared. “Wlf! Wlf. The wlf is cming!” the by shuts and shuts. "Help! Help!" But n ne cmes. And the wlf eats the naughty by.
狼来了

3.The Rabbit and the Fx
Once there was a naughty rabbit. He liked t play tricks, and it made ther animals angry. But it was very difficult t catch him.
One day, a wlf said t a fx, “I have an idea t catch the rabbit. Yu g back hme and lie in bed. I'll g t the rabbit and tell him that yu are dead. If he cmes t see yu, yu'll jump up and catch him.”
“Gd idea,”said the fx. “I'll d that.” Then the fx ran hme and lied in bed. The wlf went t the rabbit's huse and said, “Mr. Rabbit, have yu heard Mr. Fx is dead?”The wlf std at the dr, and then he went away.
“Really? I haven't heard anything abut it.”The rabbit said t himself, s he decided t g and see if it was true. He went t the fx's huse and lked in thrugh the windw. He saw the fx lying in bed. He pened the dr and went in. He lked at the fx and said, “Mr. Wlf says Mr. Fx is dead, but he desn't lk like a dead fx. A dead fx always pens his muth.”
When the fx heard this, he thught,“I'll shw him that I am dead.” S he pened his muth. The rabbit saw the fx pen his muth, and he knew the fx was nt dead. He ran ut f the huse as fast as he culd.
兔子和狐狸
以前有一只淘气的免子，他喜欢恶作剧，这使得其他动物很生气。但是想抓住这只免子可不容易。
一天，狼对狐狸说：“我想到一个办法可以抓住这只兔子，你回家躺在床上，我去告诉免子你死了。如果他来看你，你就跳起来抓住它。”

当狐狸听见这话，他想“我要让他知道我是死的”。于是他张开了嘴巴。免予看见狐狸张开了嘴巴，他知道狐狸没有死，于是他飞快地从房子里跑了出来。
4.Little Red Riding Hd
Little Red Riding Hd is a lvely girl. She likes red hats. S her mther calls her little Red Riding Hd.
Her grandma lves her very much. But nw she is ill. Her mther is busy. S she asks little Riding Hd t see her grandma. In the frest, a wlf sees little Red Riding Hd, “Lk, little Red Riding Hd. I have children fr lunch. The path ges t her grandma's huse.”
The wlf cmes t grandma's huse and eats grandma. Then he wears grandma's glasses and clthes, and lies in her bed. After a while, little Red Riding Hd cmes t grandma's bed. T her surprise, grandma's muth is very big. S she asks, “Grandma, why is yur muth s big?” “I eat little girls with this muth.”And he rushed at little Red Riding Hd.
“Help! Help!”The wlf runs after little Red Riding Hd. At this time, a hunter passes thrugh the huse. He shts the wlf and saves little Red Riding Hd. Then he cuts the wlf and grandma cmes ut.
小红帽
小红帽是一个可爱的女孩。她喜欢红帽子，于是她妈妈就叫她小红帽。
她的祖母很爱小红帽，但现在她生病了。小红帽的妈妈非常忙，所以她让小红帽去看望祖母。在森林里，一只狼看见了小红帽。“礁！小红帽。午餐有小孩子可以吃了！这是一条去她祖母家的路。”

Then he des s. But as sn as he takes ff the bell, the wner pens the dr. “What are yu ding?” the wner says angrily.

There is a yung man, Lrd Ye. He likes dragns very much. He draws many dragns in his huse. The huse becmes a wrld f dragns.
A real dragn hears f Lrd Ye, and is deeply mved. He wants t visit Lrd Ye and makes friends with him.
“ Hi, Mr Ye! Nice t meet yu,” the real dragn cmes t visit Mr Ye. But he runs away as fast as he can. “Oh, my Gd! Help! Help!” he runs and shuts.
叶公好龙
有个年轻人，姓叶，非常喜欢龙，他在屋里面画了许多龙。这屋子都快成了龙的

7.Lk at the Sky frm the Bttm f a Well
There is a frg. He lives in a well and he never ges ut f the well. He thinks the sky is as big as the muth f the well.
One day a crw cmes t the well. He sees the frg and says, “Frg,let's have a talk.” Then the frg asks, “Where are yu frm?” “I fly frm the sky,” the crw says. The frg feels surprised and says, “The sky is nly as big as the muth f the well. Hw d yu fly frm the sky?”
The crw says, “The sky is very big. Yu always stay in the well, s yu dn't knw the wrld is big.”The frg says, “I dn't believe.”But the crw says, “Yu can cme ut and have a lk by yurself.”
S the frg cmes ut frm the well. He is very surprised. Hw big the wrld is!
坐井观天
育一只青蛙住在井底，他从来没有去过井外面。他以为天空就和井口一样大。
一天，一只乌鸦飞到井边。他看见青蛙，就对它说：“青蛙，咱们聊聊吧。”青蛙就问他： “你从哪里来？” “我从天上飞来的，”乌鸦说道。青蛙感到很惊讶，就说：“天空就只有这井口这么大，你怎么会从天上飞来呢？”

One day, a little mnkey is playing by the well. He lks in the well and shuts, “Oh! My gd! The mn has fallen int the well!”

An elderly mnkey cmes ver. He is very surprised as well and cries ut, “The mn is in the well.”
A grup f mnkeys run ver t the well.
They lk at the mn in the well and shut, “The mn did fall int the well! Cme n! Let's get it ut! ”
Then, the ldest mnkey hangs n the tree up side dwn, with his feet n the branch. And he pulls the next mnkey's feet with his hands. All the ther mnkeys fllw his suit. And they jin each ther ne by ne dwn t the mn in the well. Just befre they reach the mn, the ldest mnkey raises his head and happens t see the mn in the sky. He yells excitedly, “Dn't be s flish! The mn is still in the sky! ”
猴子捞月
一天，有只小猴子在井边玩儿。它往井里一噍；高喊遣。“噢！我的天！月亮掉到井里了！”
一只大猴子跑来一看，说，“糟啦！月亮掉在井里了！”

9.Adding Eyes t a Dragn
Mr Li is a gd painter. One day he draws a beautiful dragn withut eyes.
Mr Zhu lks at the picture and says, “The dragn has n eyes. It isn't a gd picture.”
But Mr Li smiles and says, “If I add eyes t the dragn, it will fly away. ”
Mr Zhu shakes head and says, “Yu are basting. I dn't believe yu.”
Mr Li isn't angry. He hlds the paintbrush and adds eyes t the dragn. Ww! The dragn really flies.

二、风趣的美国俚语
A: Excuse me, is this the way t High Twer Museum? B：Yu bet.
看到这组对话，你一定很纳闷：A在问路，B为什么回答“打赌”呢？其实，“Yu bet.”所表达的意思是：你说的一点儿也没错。这种用法就涉及到英语中的俚语(Slang)。什么是俚语呢？它是指人们在日常生活中总结出来的，通俗易懂的、具有诙谐、幽默的词语。我们在看英文电影、电视时经常会听到或看到这些词语。如果不明白它们的意思，就会大大影响我们对故事情节的理解。下面我们介绍几个较常用的美国俚语。
l.That’s a gd questin.
我们在与外国人交谈时，经常听到“That's a gd questin”。的确，That's a gd questin．是一些人说话时经常用的口头禅。那么，我们应该在什么情况下使用呢？
假设A问B一个问题，而B不知道该怎么回答这个问题，他就会用That's a gd questin．来拖延时间，思考该怎样回答他的问题。但是，这种口头禅不要过度使用，否则会引起他人反感。例如：
A同学应该参加学校的某某动员大会，而A同学没去参加，老师碰巧遇见A同学了，说：What are yu ding here？这时，A同学可能想不出该怎么回答，说了句：That's a gd questin.来拖延时间。
2. I get yu.
看到“I gt yu.”你一定认为它的意思是“我抓住你了”吧！其实，I gt yu.和I see.的意思是一样的，都是“我明白了”。我们也可以说“I gt it.”在美语的发音过程当中经常会有很多的连音。
在美国，许多人都喜欢讲I gt yu.例如：

cuch ptat是美国俚语，是指那些整天坐在沙发上看电视、动也不动的人。
我们可以想象这样一幅情景：一个人整天坐在沙发上看电视、吃零食（如薯片等），卷成一团，动也不动，活像一个马铃薯。怎么不是“沙发土豆”呢？例如：

要是有人对您说“I have a bad hair day ”，您可千万别以为她在抱怨自己的发型。a bad hair day是个英语俚语，指的是“很不顺利的一天”。若仔细推敲一下，a bad hair day远非“不顺利”三个字就能囊括的。想一想，当您顶着一个糟糕无比的发型时，您的心情一定沮丧透顶。所以，a bad hair day常暗指“因不顺利而情绪低靡”。例如:
