    It is knwn that an active lifestyle like taking a bus can help reduce the risk f diseases. Sme peple even said it might be useful fr dctrs t ask patients abut hw they cmmute. Peple shuld cnsider taking public transprtatin instead f a car, as a part f daily, regular exercise.
