Check fr a respnse by patting his shulders and calling him near each side f his ears.
Shut fr help and/r call 120.
Lift his chin.
Begin ding muth-t-muth rescue breathing: Blw air in his muth until his chest rises.
Perfrm CPR by pushing dwn n the centre f his chest, and then giving him muth-t-muth rescue breathing. Cntinue pushing n his chest and giving him muth-t-muth rescue breathing until help arrives.
In mre detail, fr a drwning victim, yu shuld:
Firstly, yu shuld lay the victim n his back. Next, yu can turn his head t the side t drain ut any water. Remve any grass r sand frm his muth. After that, check t see if he is breathing by putting yur ear between his muth and nse, and seeing if yu can feel his breath, while lking t see if his chest is mving.
If he is nt breathing, check fr a pulse. If n pulse r n breathing, call 120 r shut fr help. If there is a pulse but n breathing, then mve the victim’s head back and begin ding muth-t-muth rescue breathing: Tilt the persn’s head back and blw air in until his chest rises. D this every five secnds.
Finally, if there is n pulse and n breathing, then push dwn n the chest at least 100 times per minute. Every thirty pushes, give him tw deep breaths, and cntinue pushing n his chest and giving him muth-t-muth rescue breathing until help arrives.
