But anther mre imprtant pint is that bks give yu smething that the Internet cannt. The general web page(网页) is picture-heavy and the text is as easy t read as pssible. While “easy” may attract yu, unluckily it’s nt helpful fr any lng-term develpment f reading skills and the general language level. Because f that, reading n the Internet can’t take the place f reading bks.
But perhaps the best reasn is that just chsing what yu read and ding it independently means that it’s smething yu d by and fr yurself. Yu can chse what yu want t read. It’s hard wrk, but yu’ll find that what nce seemed like a duty is nw a pleasure.
