Dear sir,Recently, a survey abut the schl cmputer rm was carried ut in ur schl. The students find the design f the cmputer rm impractical. They are nt interested in studying there because f this. I’m writing this prpsal t yu t vice ur pinin that the cmputer rm needs imprving.
There are nt enugh cmputers in ur cmputer rm. The cmputers that we use at the mment are ld and slw, and they ften crash, which wastes a lt f time. The cmputers there are nt cnnected t the Internet, s we can nt get the infrmatin that we need fr ur hmewrk. There is nly ne printer in the rm, which always ges wrng. In additin, the rm is t ht in summer.As mre and mre subjects are invlved in IT, the cmputer rm is playing a very
imprtant rle in ur studies nwadays. We are encuraged t use cmputers t d ur hmewrk and get infrmatin frm the Internet. Nw many factries and cmpanies cannt wrk withut cmputers, s thse wh have cmputer skills are easier t find a jb. In rder t get urselves well prepared fr the future, we need a well-equipped cmputer rm. The gvernment says we shuld have mre IT in all subjects, and mre subjects are develping rapidly with the help f IT. Cmputer skills are becming mre and mre imprtant in further studies.
