Step 1．Warm-up 1 . Let’s chant. T: Hello , children. Today we are going to talk about unit 1 Welcome back to school. B Let’s learn and let’s chant. First ,let’s chant. 首先让我们跟着录音一起唱首歌谣吧。 【设计意图】 播放书本P8的let’s chant，师生有感情地唱，既调动学生学习的气氛，调整准备上课的情绪，也为下面教学单词作好铺垫。 Step 2．Presentation 1.从“student”引出教学“pupil”。 T: Look at the picture. There are some boys and girls in the picture. Look . Who’s this? 这是谁呢？Yes,this is Wu Yifan. He’s a student. Student--student , 学生。现在我们再多学习另外一种表达方式.We can also say: pupil. 小学生。 Now follow me: (跟老师大声地朗读哦：pupil, pupil) 2.教学“This is ……. He’s a ……”. T: What about the boy? Who is he ? Yes, This is Mike. He’s a pupil. 对了，这是Mike，他是名小学生。Now who is the boy? Yes. This is John. He’s a pupil. This is Zhang Peng. He’s a pupil. 3. 教学“This is …….She’s a ……”. T: Now look at the girl, this is Sarah. She’s a pupil. Sarah 是个女孩，所以我们用she来表达。She指的是她哦！What about this girl? Who is she?你能说出来吗？对了，This is Chen Jie. She’s a pupil. 4. 教学“teacher” T：What about the woman? Who is she? Yes, this is Miss White. Is she a pupil? No, she’s teacher. (老师) Now，follow me, 跟我读：Teacher, teacher. Look at this picture. This is _____. Yes, this is Miss Liu. She’s a teacher. What about the man? This is Mr Jones. 这时候还用she’s a teacher吗？对了，我们应该用He’s a teacher. 【设计意图】 结合语境学习本节课重点词汇he、she、student、pupil、teacher，并能区分出he和she使用上的不同。 5.观察并总结第三人称he和she用法的不同。 【设计意图】 通过语言运用场景的不同培养学生发现语言规律，突破本节课难点。 Step 3．Practice
【设计意图】 让学生把所学的单词和句型朗朗上口唱出，达到水到渠成的效果。 2.播放动画，给B Let’s learn 的词和句子写上序号，然后跟读。 3.游戏：“火眼金睛” T:下面我们来玩个游戏吧——Sharp eyes. (火眼金睛)。请看屏幕上闪过的单词，在两秒内准确的读出单词。不要眨眼哦！ 【设计意图】 检查学生对单词的音形义的掌握情况，并能熟练认读单词。 Step 4. Consolidation and extension
Teacher: We know that he is for boy and she is for girl. Let’s look and match. 【设计意图】 通过完成连线活动来巩固B部分重点词汇：boy, girl, he, she, teacher, student. 2.Look and say 根据所出示图片，四人一组讨论利用所学的句型介绍人物相关信息。 3.介绍自己的同桌 【设计意图】 通过创设的情景交流活动，让学生在语境中强化he,she的用法训练，同时复习巩固所学句型，提高学生综合运用语言的能力。 Step5．Summary T:我们来小结一下这节课的内容。我们学习了he,she,teacher, student, pupil这些单词，这里大家要注意的是student通指学生，pupil主要是指小学生。来，我们看看这两张图片，第一张只能用student, He’s a student. 第二张用pupil或student都可以，so She’s a pupil. / She’s a student. Step 6．Exercises 一、根据句意及汉语提示,完成句子。 1.This is Jack. ___(他) is a pupil. 2.Chen Jie is a ___ (小学生). 3.I have a ___(新的) bag. 4.Kate is a ____(女孩). 5.Mr Smith is our English ______(教师). Step 7．Homework 1 听、读第8页三遍 2 把Let’s chant (小歌谣)唱给家长听
