展开本话题是第八单元的第二话题,主要学习谈论暑假计划、征询和提出建议的表达。本节课主要谈论假期计划,主要活动是1a和4a。通过Michael, Jane, Maria和Kangkang 谈论假期计划,学习表示计划或意愿做某事的表达方式及表示祝愿的表达方式; 另外还将帮助学生从地图上复习并认识一些常见的国家如: America, England, Cuba, Canada, Germany等;最后,语音板块学习字母组合ure, ui, tin和字母y的读音规则、复习上节课所学的重音内容以及帮助学生通过音标拼读单词。
