Ten dollar【答案】B【解析】译成英文时,无论单复数,都yuan,而dollar前数字要是大于1,需加-s。用来询问事物的数量,后接不可数名词。【典例】________water is there in the glass?A. How many         B. How much C. How long                D. How old【答案】B【解析】本题采用寻找题眼法,题眼为water, 不可数名词,提问不可数名词的数量用How much【拓展】提问可数名词数量的多少,使用how manyeg—How many students are there in the classroom? 教室里有多少个学生?   —There are seventy. 70名。(二)基数词的使用             基数词数词分为                   ,表示数量多少的数词叫做基数词,如one, two, three等。             序数词 基数词的拼写(1)one—twelve, 无规律可言,应逐一记忆。(2)thirteen—nineteen, 表示十几,在个位数后加后缀-teen,读作/tiːn/,但要注意下面几个词的拼写:thirteen(13), fifteen(15), eighteen(18)(3)twentyninety, 表示几十,以-ty结尾,但需注意下面几个词的拼写:twenty(20)thirty(30) forty(40)fifty(50)eighty(80)(4)几十几的表达方法:用整十数加个位数表示,中间用连字符-把整十数和个位数连接起来。如:twenty-five(25)sixty-eight(68)(5)一百的表示方法为one hundreda hundred。要表示几百,用具体数字加上hundredfive hundred(500),注意此时的hundred是单数形式。表示几百几时,要在百位数和十位数(或个位数)之间加and。如:one hundred and two(102)基数词的用法基数词只能修饰可数名词,要注意数词和名词在数上要保持一致。one banana 根香蕉five boys 五个男孩【典例】—Excuse me, how many students are there in your art club?—There are ________.
