     LESSON 8》教学设计  The main topic in this lesson is knowing seven oclock and asking and answering the time that someone wake up.   【知识与能力目标】1Be able to listen, speak, read, write words :oclock, when.2Be able to understand, speak phrase :wake up.3Be able to understand, speak sentence :When do you wake up?/ I wake up atoclock/what time is it?过程与方法目标】1Understand the two dialogues and use them flexibly in the situation.2Be able to relate to life realities, describe time in English.【情感态度价值观目标】1Connect English with life, feel the application..2Enjoy the fun of learning English.  【教学重点】1 Key vocabulary :oclock, when,wake up.2 Key sentence :When do you wake up?  I wake up at...3 Key sentence :what time is it?  Its ....oclock.【教学难点】1Skillfully using sentence: When do you wake up? 2The pronunciation and spell of oclock.                              Tape recorder, a big clock,cards, Multimedia  Step 1:Warm-up1The teacher and students greet each other in English.2The teacher leads students to a new different unite.3The teacher shows a big alarm clock to arouse the student's curiosity.Step 2: presentation1Lead-in.1Show some pictures of clocks, ask students to say the times, lead out the new phrase: six o’clock.Lead students to say :It’s six o’clock.2Ask students to look at the screen and listen the tinkle of the clock, lead out the new phrase: wake up.2Learn it.1Lead students to say :It’s six o’clock.2To points at the clock and tells students: I wake up at six o’clock, ask one student: When do you wake up? Lead him to look at the clock and say : I wake up at seven o’clock.         3Work in pairs.Students will be divided into a set of two people to finish a dialogue.1 Give students several minutes to work in pairs . 2 Ask pairs of students to act the dialog in this part .Student A:Wake up, Betty.Student B:OK.Student A:When do you wake up?Student B:I wake up at six o’clock.3Students will be divided into a set of two people to finish a dialogue.4Listen and number.According to the textbook exercise, there are six small picture in the textbook. 1The teacher plays the recording2Students listen to the tape carefully and select the corresponding number.3Present the correct answer through PPT.4Then teacher replays the tape, students read follow her.5Ask and answer.There are three different oclock that point to different times.1Student A ask What time is it?2Another student answers that: Its xix/seven/eight oclock6Lets sing!Six oclock. Six oclock.Wake up,Betty. Wake up,Betty.Six oclock. Six oclock.I Wake up at six oclock.Step3: HomeworkPreview Lesson 9 .   略。
