I'm Andrew Siegel and this is my garden. This is where my family and I grw a lt f different vegetables, flwers and herbs. Gardening has been really imprtant t my family because it gives us an pprtunity t spend time utside tgether, away frm all the electrnics.
Especially fr my five-year-ld, it really gives her an pprtunity t be in tuch with nature-all the little animals, insects and things that cme ut here.
We find that a lt f the things that we plan fr in the garden dn't always g the way that we'd like them t, and sme f the things that we dn't plan fr becme what we enjy the mst that year. S it's smething that my family and I have learned: T appreciate(欣赏) all f it.
My advice fr beginner gardeners is t just start. Get a pt, get a little bit f dirt, get a tmat plant r whatever plant yu want and just get started.
