How time flies! It has been two years since I went to middle school. My life has changed a lot. In the past, I was shy. I didn’t know how to make friends with others. I couldn’t get on with my classmates. I didn’t know how to learn my lessons well. I didn’t like taking part in the school activities.

Now I am outgoing. I like to talk with others. I have made many good friends at school. We often play together. In class I listen to the teacher carefully. I improve myself in all the subjects. And I often take part in the school activities after class. I find I am not what I used to be.

What a big change I have! I like these changes. They have made my life better than before.

Dear Mike,

How time flies! It has been two years since I went to middle school. In the past few years, I have changed so much! I used to be thin and easy to get sick. And, I used to be lazy and put off things till tomorrow. What’s more, I used to stay up late and play with my phone every night till 12:00 pm.

Now, I am much healthier and stronger because I always do some sports regularly. In order to deal with my laziness, I always get well-prepared for my study and seldom put off things. As a saying goes, “Never put off what you can do today until tomorrow. Time is limited, you need to plan it well. Besides, I used to be nervous about tests but now I get used to them. That’s because I have become confident enough to face them.

Thanks to these changes, they help me make small but important progress and make me meet a better self. I strongly believe that I will become better and better in the future.

该部分依照参考答案第46-50题评分。评判以内容为依据，形式错误不扣分。

第三部分 书面表达

一、本题总分为25分，按4个档次给分。

二、写作要点及要求：

假定你是李华，请你根据笔友Mike的邮件，给他回一封邮件。词数100左右，开头和结尾已给出，不计入总词数。

要求：

1.必须包含信中要求回答的要点，并可适当发挥；

2.不能出现真实的人名，地名及校名；
