Step1 Presentatin
Elicit the adjective and adverb
Tell the students that I have been t the Beijing Wildlife Park, t. But I didn’t enjy it because it rained. Shw the picture and elicit the adjective and adverb.
e.g. : It rained heavily. The rain was very heavy.
In the same way, shw anther picture and elicit anther pair f adjective and adverb
e.g.: He is always very careful when he drives. He drives carefully
(give tw r three mre examples like the abve sentences, ask Ss t summarize the different usages f the adjectives and adverbs)
