Cli-Fi is a fresh frm f literature. I refers t "climate-change fictin". In these bks, climate change is made central t the stries. These stries help peple understand the result f climate change. The past few years saw many writers try their hands at Cli-Fi.

What wuld the wrld be like if Earth temperatures cntinued t rise?
Cli-Fi stries can help us think abut just the pssible future f Earth. These nvels can make experiences mre real than research papers. That, in my pinin, is the mst imprtant rle Cli-Fi pays.
One recent example f Cli-F is Suth Ple Statin by Ashley Shelby. In the bk, artist Cper Gsling travels t a research statin at the Suth Ple. As a result f glbal warming(全球变暖), the envirnment there is very strange. Gsling has a hard time getting used t the envirnment. The bk is written in such a way that readers can almst experience the truble alng with Gsling.
I really liked this nvel. I felt as if I were at the Suth Ple with Gsling. I als enjyed hw Shelby added real science t the stry.
