Candy
Dear Candy,
It can be difficult to deal with a selfish friend. On one hand, you want to be generous and share with the people you care about.
On the other hand, you can't let them take everything they want all the time. It's a tough (艰难的)situation.
The next time she has a snack of her own, you can ask her to share it with you. If she says no, you might politely remind her that you've shared your snacks with her many times.
You can also just be painfully honest.
Sometimes it pays to do this with people- even with our best friends.
Just tell her exactly what you told me- that you and your friends need to eat too and you can't always share your snacks with her. That might do the trick(见效).
Mike
Dear Candy,
Sharing always makes me feel satisfied.
Although you get fewer snacks, you can make your friends happy.
So I think you could try to look at this problem differently.
But more snacks for yourself if there are not enough for you to eat.
I believe if you do this for a long time, your friends will know how good you are and will gradually learn to share things with you.
Of course it’s possible that she still doesn’t want to share.
Then you can tell her directly that you feel happy to enjoy snacks together with her, but your money isn’t enough to buy more. So, it’s better to split the bill(平摊费用) next time.

At 00:23 on Oct. 16, the Shenzhou XIII spacecraft rose into the sky. Three Chinese astronauts --- Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu --- set off for the Tiangong space station.
During their six-month stay, they will set up robotic arms and do medical experiments, among other tasks. .
It’s not an easy job to do all things. Chinese astronauts get difficult training before going to space. As People’s Daily reported, all the Chinese astronauts are excellent pilots with hundreds or even thousands of hours of flight time. .
One of the hardest parts is the high-G training. It simulates(模拟) the environment when the spacecraft takes off. They cry tears as they spin. Blood can’t flow to their brains properly, causing a lack of oxygen(氧气) and even blindness. Another tiring exercise, as Wang Yaping told People’s Daily, is the underwater training which lasts seven hours each time. She had to wear a 200-kilogram suit and do tasks in 10-meter-deep water without eating or going to toilet. After each training, Wang lost up to 2 kg of body weight. “We may have to repeat(重复) such training every single day for years or decades,” said Wang. “But there is no ‘give up’ in our dictionary.”

Who hasn’t enjoyed eating peanuts(花生)? Did you know that although peanuts look like nuts and taste like nuts, they aren’t nuts at all? They belong to the pea family, so they are called peanuts. The peanuts grown flowers above ground, but its “fruit” grow underground. It grows in more countries than most other”nuts”.
The peanut is a native South American plant. Scientists believe that it grew wild in Brazil long ago. They think that for several thousand years the early people in South America made it a part of their diet. These peoples were nomads who moved on when a natural food could no longer be found in one area. Along the way, they probably let fall some peanuts, which got into the ground and grew naturally. This is believed to be the way the plant reached the place where the Incas(印第安人) lived. The Incas, from about 1100 to 1532, thought highly of peanuts. The peanuts were eaten in several forms and used as sacrificial offerings(祭品) to the Incan Sun God. Later in the 16th century, European soldiers had brought peanuts to other parts of the world, including North America, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Pacific Islands.
Although peanuts were found native in South America, they are now grown in almost every country that has warm weather. India produces the most peanuts. China’s production is next, followed by the United States.
The peanuts is special in more ways than one. It can be eaten raw, boiled or fried. Hundreds of widely different products have been made from it.
Peanuts are very highly nutritious(有营养的). Americans use about seven-tenths of their protein(蛋白质) in the form of meat. In India, where the poor can’t pay for meal or milk, peanut meal and peanut milk have been produced. These have been a great help to the poor.
New products are made from peanuts. The fact is that peanuts are so healthy that they were used by astronauts. The unusual nut that isn’t nut is one of nature’s most amazing gifts.
