时间状语从句的定义：用表示时间的连词连接一个句子作状语，这样的句子就是时间状语从句。连接时间状语从句的连接词有：when, while, as, befre, after, as sn as, until, since...
after/befre的用法：after：在……之后如：I arrived after he left.befre：在……之前如：Yu need t get ut f here befre yu get int truble.
when的用法when引导的从句的谓语动词可以是延续性的动词，又可以是瞬时动词，但大多是瞬时动词。表示带有规律性的“每当”或当主、从句谓语动词的动作发生有先后时用引导词when。When引导的时间状语从句用的最多的是一般过去时，而主句的时态没有限制，根据具体情况而定。 如：It was raining when we arrived.
while的用法while搭配持续状态持续状态=进行时/延续性状态如：He fell asleep while he was ding his hmewrk. I learned Spanish while I was in Mexic.
as的用法as从句表示的也是一件事情正在发生，另一件事也正在进行当中。但与while从句不同的是，as从句一般不用正在进行时，而只是一般过去时。as 从句一般可以翻译成“边……边……”。 如：We always sing as we walk. 我们总是边走边唱。 As we was ging ut, it began t snw. 当我们出门时，开始下雪了。
as sn as 的用法as sn as：一……就……如：During summer hlidays, I ften get up as sn as the sun begins t cme thrugh my windw.
since的用法since：自从如：He has had tw jbs since he graduated.
主句：现在完成时，since+一般过去时
until/till的用法“until/till直到” 在肯定句中通常只用延续性动词；在否定句中通常用非延续性动词，意为“直到……才”。如：I didn’t realize he was a freigner until he started speaking. The letter passed frm ne t anther until everyne had read it.
by the time的用法by the time：到……时候如：By the time my hair reaches my waist, will yu be back? By the time the war was ver, death and suffering were t be seen everywhere.
时间状语从句：主将从现要注意when, while, as, after, befre, as sn as, since, till /until, by the time引导的时间状语从句中的时态。一般情况下主句是将来时的时候，从句不能用将来时，要用一般现在时。如：I’ll tell him the bad news when I see him. My husband and I will have saved enugh mney t buy a huse by the time I turn 30 years ld.
