Hw can I describe the wnder I felt the first time I saw my favurite painting，Gerges Seurat's A Sunday n La Grande Jatte？I had admired the wrk fr years in art bks，but I never thught I wuld see the actual painting，which was hused in many miles frm where I lived.I finally gt my chance when I met smene else wh lved the painter as much as I did.Her name was Lisa；we lived in the same drmitry，and a mutual friend(a friend that tw peple bth have) had intrduced us t each ther，knwing hw much bth f us were fnd f art.We bth had three days ff at the same time，s we decided t make a rad trip t Chicag s we culd see the painting.We packed ur bags，jumped in the car，and headed n ur way tward Chicag.
The first thing that struck me as we entered the rm where the painting was displayed was the size f the wrk.It was enrmus(huge)！It cvered a large part f an even larger wall.The painting was painted with dts，a technique called pintillism.T create such a huge painting using this technique seemed an almst impssible task.Seurat had dne it，thugh，and had made it lk easy!
Even mre impressive，hwever，was the beauty f the painting.Viewed frm a distance，the clrs lked sft and gentle，describing the idyllic(happy and peaceful) md f a summer day in the park.
