Fr example, I used t have nly half a glass f whisky when I gt hme, and then I started filling the glass t the tp. Then I had anther glass, and then anther. I started smking a lt, t. I never used t smke at all.
    Tw mnths ag I had a heart attack. At first I just culdn’t believe it. “I’m t yung and I want t keep healthier”. I said. Luckily it wasn’t very serius. I was in hspital fr a few days and they did a lt f tests. The dctr advised me t stp smking and t eat less. He tld me t d a lt f ther things. Fr example, he advised me t wrkless and get mre exercise. But I just haven’t any time! My jb takes everything ut f me!
