Our restaurant is called “The Big Kahuna”. It is a casual restaurant that features traditinal Hawaiian cking and Asian fusin.The style f ur restaurant is mdern, with lightly- clured, resrt style furnishings and bright, trpical accents and flral patterns.The target custmers will be yung cuples, families, and grups f friends enjying casual settings verlking the beach.
We will have indr and utdr tables and sfas s that custmers can sit cmfrtably in all kinds f weather. We plan t hld events every seasn t enjy luaus, barbecue parties, and weddings n the beach.The special Hawaiian “Breakfast All Day” set features a range f Hawaiian pancakes, and the standard breakfast sets fr three t five dllars. Lunches range frm 5 t 12 dllars fr Spam sandwiches, seafd and fruit salads, Califrnia rlls, and sushi wraps.
