We humans lve t stare int ur smart devices. We gaze fr hurs—abut 10 hurs and 39 minutes a day—at ur smartphnes, tablets and televisins. Is this staring bad fr us? It might be, mainly because as we stare at ur devices we are expsing urselves t blue light.
Blue light is a type f electrmagnetic(电磁的) radiatin with a very shrt wavelength that prduces a high amunt f energy. While it’s true that light can damage ur eyes under certain circumstances, there’s n scientific evidence suggesting that blue light is harmful t ur eyes.
