Step 1:Lead-in
Greet the class with a smile.
Review the wrds and phrases in this unit. Ask students t read the wrds and phrases in the wrd list f this unit three times each.
Ask the fllwing questins, and then ask sme students t give their answers.

Step2:Reading
Let the students read this e-mail quickly and get the main idea f this e-mail.Then lk at these wrds in the bx, read this e-mail carefully again, fill in the blanks with these wrds in the bx.Then the teacher checks the answers.
Step3:Practice
(1)Ask students t write an e-mail t Tm and tell him hw yu get t schl. Lk at these questins in 3b, these questins may help yu.Yu can als imitate Tm's e-mail abve. After 15 minutes, exchange yur e-mails with yur deskmate, crrect each ther and give each ther sme suggestins. Then revise yur e-mail.
The teacher will invite several students t share their e-mails, and the teacher will give cmments and feedback.
(2)Ask students t lk at these wrds in the bx in Self Check1. Use the wrds in the bxes t frm as many expressins as pssible.Yu can frm it like this: take a bus/ by bus. After 3 minutes, invite sme students t give their expressins.
(3)Lk at the chart f self check2, write at least five questins accrding t the infrmatin in the chart, and then answer these questins. After writing, practice these sentences with yur partner. Yu ask these questins, and yur partner answers. After 10 minutes, invite several pairs t act ut their sentences.
If students make mistakes in sentences, the teacher shuld give crrectin and feedback.
