Black bread with hney—A friend f mine stayed in a htel in India and the manager gave this t her fr her stmachache. It really wrks. Just take a piece f bread and tast (烽) it until it,s black. Then put hney n the bread and eat it. It desn't lk gd, but it can really help. S if yu get a stmachache, try this treatment.

An nin—If yu get a high temperature, use an nin. It sunds strange but it helps. Cut ne large nin in half and tie the halves f the nin t the bttm f yur feet. Yu shuldn't wear scks f curse! I use this n my kids and it wrks every time.
